  • Work closely with Product, System Architecture, Project Management, Supply Chain, Test, Compliance, and Manufacturing to deliver against project milestones.
  • Support suppliers and production readiness, while driving good engineering practices, standardisation, and reuse across product development.
  • Manage and develop a small, growing team of engineers, including regular 1:1s, feedback, performance follow-up, mentoring, hiring, and onboarding.
Job Requirements:
  • 8+ years of engineering experience in product development, ideally with a background in electronics and/or firmware, and experience leading engineers or technical teams.
  • Strong technical understanding across electronics, firmware, and mechanical systems, with the ability to review designs, provide technical feedback, and make engineering trade-offs.
  • Experience developing physical products for serial or high-volume production, from development and testing through industrialisation and production.
  • Experience with project execution and engineering planning, including resource allocation, prioritisation, milestones, and Agile ways of working.
  • Solid people and communication skills, with experience mentoring engineers and working across engineering, product, manufacturing, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
We offer:
  • A Collaborative and Inclusive Culture where we celebrate and value everyone’s contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.
  • Work-Life Balance & Well-being: We offer 1 hour per week of paid exercise, health insurance, and a generous pension plan, prioritizing your mental and physical well‑being.
