Job summary

IKM is seeking a Commissioning Lead to oversee completion, commissioning, and handover activities in Oslo. The role requires solid experience in CPR/MC/Commissioning and strong collaboration with engineering, operations, and suppliers. You will guide project teams and support training on the C&C Digital Toolbox.

Fluency in English is required, and Subsea experience is a plus. This is a full-time position based in Oslo with a defined project duration and on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Solid experience in completion, commissioning, or C&C roles.
• Knowledge of project models and work processes.
• Experience with ProCoSys.
• Experience from both engineering and execution phases is an advantage.
• Subsea experience desirable but not required.
• Structured and analytical with holistic understanding.
• Strong advisory and communication skills.
• English language required.

Responsibilities

• Lead completion, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure correct use of work processes and tools, including the C&C Digital Toolbox.
• Support training of personnel in the C&C Digital Toolbox.
• Establish MC and commissioning structure, including system boundaries and scope.
• Provide strong professional competence within CPR/MC/Commissioning.
• Align engineering, MC, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to guide the project team.
• Contribute to evaluation of contracts and supplier deliveries.
