Job summary

Dell Technologies in Norway seeks a Principal Engineer to design and implement AI and HPC compute infrastructures at scale. You will lead deployment and integration using NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel technologies, ensuring performance and reliability across clusters.

You will work with Slurm, Kubernetes, and related tools, benchmarking and optimizing systems while advising clients on strategy and implementation. This role emphasizes strong communication and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying large HPC/AI clusters with NVIDIA/AMD/Intel tech.
• Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and automation experience.
• Experience with Slurm, Kubernetes, and related orchestration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable HPC/AI compute infrastructures for AI and HPC clusters.
• Deploy and optimize AI infrastructure using NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel technologies.
• Benchmark, validate, and optimize performance using NCCL, HPL, MLPerf, IO500.
• Provide technical consultation and customer-facing guidance.
• Create architecture diagrams and deployment guides.
