Wise is seeking an experienced Model Designer to craft and scale our conversational AI experiences. You will design the Wise Assistant core experience for Support and beyond, working with engineers, data scientists, product and design partners to architect agents, prompts, and knowledge context.

You’ll lead context engineering, guide system interactions, and drive automation-focused design across squads, fostering high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Model Designer experience in large automation systems.
• Systems-focused Content Designer with AI design background.
• Knowledge of prompt‑engineering techniques and context engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design systems for Wise conversational AI experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product and design teams.
