Job summary

Location Bergen Norway A reputable land surveying company in Bergen Norway is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis We are looking for someone with a strong background in land surveying and a thorough understanding of surveying principles and techniques

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic boundary and construction surveys using various equipment and tools
• Analyze collected data and prepare accurate reports and maps
• Collaborate with other surveyors and team members to ensure project completion according to schedule
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
• Ensure all work is completed within budget constraints
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations practices and technology advancements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations GPS receivers laser scanners etc
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per week for this contract position

Location

Our office is located in the beautiful city of Bergen known for its stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage However this position may require travel to project sites throughout Norway

Contract Duration

This is an urgent job opening with an immediate start date The initial contract will be for 6 months with the potential for extension based on performance
