Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues in software functionality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing on software applications
• Identify, record, and report any bugs or issues found during testing
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that all requirements are met
• Develop test plans and procedures based on project requirements
• Monitor testing progress and communicate any delays or roadblocks to the project lead
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
• Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements for future releases
