Job summary

Guardian Secure Services in Oslo is seeking a Junior Python Developer to join our growing tech team. You will work closely with senior developers to design, develop and maintain innovative software solutions and contribute to new feature development.

Qualifications

Junior Python Developer

We are a rapidly growing tech start-up in Oslo, seeking a talented Junior Python Developer to join our team. As a Junior Python Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers to design, develop and maintain our cutting-edge software solutions. Your main responsibility will be to assist in the development of new features, as well as troubleshooting and debugging any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features
• Write clean, efficient and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues that may arise

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Python development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong knowledge of Python programming language and its libraries (Django, Flask)
• Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Familiarity with front-end languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

This position is based in Oslo, Norway. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Norway.
