Job summary

Cisco Lysaker, Oslo, Norway, is seeking an Early-in-Career Product Manager to own meaningful product areas and grow quickly in a fast-moving, software-focused environment.

You will work with engineering, design, and product marketing to define requirements, engage with customers, and deliver AI-powered workplace experiences. The role is hybrid with at least 3 days in the office; start date August 2027. Our team values learning, collaboration, and impact.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in product management, software delivery, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Product Development/Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with software product development and agile ways of working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Eligible to work and live in Norway without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive parts of a product or software area from discovery through delivery, partnering with engineering and design teams.
• Define product requirements and priorities using customer insights, usage data, and market understanding.
• Engage directly with customers to understand needs, validate solutions, and gather feedback.
• Shape product positioning and messaging with Product Marketing to ensure market resonance.
• Work within agile development teams, contributing to backlog prioritization, iteration planning, and continuous delivery.
• Contribute to building intelligent workplace experiences powered by AI and emerging agentic workflows.
• Translate customer problems into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate across software, UX, data, and go-to-market teams in a global environment.
• Support launches and continuous product improvement through rapid feedback loops.
