CTS Group seeks a Junior Planner to join our team delivering hyperscale data centre projects in Norway. You will oversee planning and scheduling, ensuring realistic timelines that meet budget and resource constraints. Collaboration with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders is essential for successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes developing schedules, analyzing critical paths, and presenting progress to management, while applying best practices and organizational standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience on complex, large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to align with objectives.
• Use Primavera P6 or MS Project to create detailed plans.
• Perform CPM, resource leveling, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with teams to integrate schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Track progress against baselines and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports for management.
