Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training or certification in fitting is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and their components.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Willingness to learn from experienced fitters and take on new challenges.
