Job summary

GlobalConnect is seeking a graduate or junior data analyst to join a Nordic analytics team in Oslo and Copenhagen. You will work closely with a mentor to learn data analysis, build dashboards in SQL and Power BI, and contribute to B2B data projects across the Nordics.

You’ll start with guidance from an experienced analyst, supporting the Swedish B2B business, then gradually take on more responsibilities while learning data quality and how the analyst data is structured.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in data or analytics or 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Solid SQL, with an understanding of databases and data handling
• Excel and Power BI for analysis, dashboards and reporting
• Meaningful experience using AI tools in your work or studies, with at least one concrete example you can talk about

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer, product and commercial performance in the B2B business to find trends and opportunities.
• Dig into the data to find out why numbers move, and identify the root causes.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs in SQL and Power BI.
• Develop customer segmentation and underlying logic, then validate it with the end users.
• Work with technical colleagues to understand the data, then explain results to sales and account managers in plain language.
• Use AI tools and automation to make analysis faster and more reliable.
• Help improve data quality and share what you learn across the team.
