Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in computer systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Design and develop solutions to address identified issues or improve functionality
• Test and troubleshoot new or modified systems to ensure proper functioning
• Document processes procedures and system changes for future reference
• Provide technical support to end users as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or currently pursuing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem solve
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java C++ or Python
• Knowledge of database management systems eg SQL
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Location This position is based in Svalbard but remote work may be considered

Salary Starting salary for this position is $1800 per month
