Job summary

Ticketmaster Norway is seeking an entry‑level Client Marketing Assistant to support the Norwegian Marketing team. You will help deliver client marketing activities across Ticketmaster’s channels, publish client content, newsletters, and homepage placements, and gather assets and reports for campaigns.

You will work closely with clients and colleagues and develop hands‑on experience in marketing. The role offers daily collaboration, learning opportunities, and exposure to marketing across CRM,

Qualifications

• No previous experience with marketing platforms or systems is required; training and support will be provided.
• An interest in digital marketing, content creation, social media and live entertainment.
• Experience creating or publishing content for digital channels is an advantage.
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing and marketing reporting is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is desirable but not essential.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist with local client marketing activity across newsletters, homepage spotlights and organic social media.
• Assist with managing client marketing campaigns from booking through to execution, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Collect campaign assets from clients, create campaign reports and deliver other client marketing materials.
• Create and send client newsletters, update content and placements on Ticketmaster.no, and publish organic social media posts.
• Collaborate with the wider Nordic and local marketing organisation.
