Job summary

SynerData seeks an Entry Level Accountant to support daily bookkeeping, data entry and financial record maintenance. You will assist senior staff, prepare balance sheets, and help with budgeting and month-end tasks in a US-based firm.

We welcome recent graduates or students pursuing accounting degrees, with strong Excel/Word skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Visa sponsorship is available, but accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently pursuing).
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Prior internships or coursework in accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations such as bookkeeping and data entry
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Help with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support senior accountants with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Conduct regular audits of financial documents to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with clients regarding financial matters and provide excellent customer service
• Keep up-to-date with relevant accounting laws and regulations
