Job summary

Underground Golf Club in Oslo is hiring across multiple venues to join our growing team. We offer a fast-paced, social environment where hospitality, service and entertainment are central to the guest experience.

You will work across guest service, reception, mini golf, and bar, with training and opportunities to grow within the company as we expand in Norway and Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Your daily tasks may vary depending on the shift, how busy we are, and where you are needed most.
• You may work with guest service, reception, mini golf, food and drink service, the bar, or help keep the venue clean.
• Great teamwork is the key; everyone is expected to help where needed, communicate well with colleagues, and contribute to a positive environment.
• Be attentive, take initiative, and always look for opportunities to do that little bit extra for guests and for each other.
• The role is varied, social, and fast-paced; we value flexibility and willingness to learn different parts of the business.

As an employee at Underground Golf, no two days are exactly the same. We have several different positions within the venue, and all team members are trained across multiple areas of the operation.

Your daily tasks may vary depending on the shift, how busy we are, and where you are needed most. You may work with guest service, reception, mini golf, food and drink service, the bar, or help keep the venue clean, organized, and ready for our guests.
