Back Office Sales Support Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries from customers and partners professionally, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotations and purchase orders.
  • Monitor orders, collaborating with logistics and production teams to fulfill customer expectations.
  • Update and maintain CRM and ERP systems with relevant data.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes and enhance operational efficiency within back office sales functions.
Required Qualifications and Experience for Sales Back Office Roles
  • Experience in sales support, sales administration, or order processing roles in the maritime business is an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Norwegian.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Technical background, preferably with an engineering degree.
  • Interest in technical solutions and finding the optimal solution for the customer.
