We are currently hiring for an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Os Norway on a contract basis

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies to support the companys overall goals and objectives
• Manage and maintain all hardware software and network systems
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Provide technical support to employees on hardware software and network issues
• Manage IT budget and expenses
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
• Strong knowledge of hardware software networking and security systems
• Experience with budget management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others

Preferred

• Experience in the technology industry
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Familiarity with cloud computing
