Job summary

Compass is seeking an iOS engineer to help build a mobile platform for home buyers and sellers. You will work with product and design to implement features, write high-quality tests, and ensure robust, scalable code in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across teams, review code, and develop expertise in your domain while maintaining a strong focus on user-friendly design and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional iOS development with Swift and App Store deployments.
• Experience with SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency.
• Familiarity with RESTful backend services.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Product/Design/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work in a startup-like environment building agile products and services.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and design to launch projects that solve real-world problems.
• Deliver features independently with guidance while weighing technical trade-offs.
• Perform code reviews, participate in design reviews, and write tests.
• Create maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
