As an IOS Developer in Svalbard you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients Your primary focus will be creating efficient user-friendly and latest technology-driven IOS applications We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual who can turn ideas into reality

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the IOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
• Continuously discover evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and fix bugs in a timely manner
• Stay updated with the latest IOS trends techniques and technologies

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an IOS Developer
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Experience with Swift programming language
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect IOS applications to back-end services
• Knowledge of iOS frameworks such as Core Data Core Animation etc
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs such as Alamofire and Firebase
• Familiarity with push notifications offline storage threading and performance tuning
• Understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IOS development
• Good analytical skills to troubleshoot issues
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Familiarity working in an Agile environment

Salary

We offer a competitive salary starting at 1100$ per month based on qualifications

Location

This position is located in Svalbard but we are open to remote work options for the right candidate
