Job summary

The Social Gaming Group (TSGG) in Oslo is offering a paid IT Development Internship Program. Join a small team of interns at our central Oslo office for 1 day per week over six weeks, starting week 46.

You will work on real development projects and learn directly from our experienced developers. At the end of the program, one intern will be offered a full-time Junior Developer role in Oslo from January 2027.

Qualifications

• Educational background in STEM desirable.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
• Some programming experience from studies, bootcamps, or personal projects.
• Interest in Linux, networking, or backend systems.

Do you want to get hands-on experience in a fast-moving scale-up environment, working with real tech that powers entertainment venues across the world?

The Social Gaming Group (TSGG) develop the technology behind 600+ game machines used in hospitality and leisure venues across the globe. Our purpose is to bring people together in real life through social gaming.

The Opportunity

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our paid IT Development Internship Program for 1 day per week over 6 weeks, beginning week 46. You'll be part of a small team of interns based in our office in central Oslo. You'll get to work on exciting projects and have the chance to learn directly from our experienced developers.

At the end of the internship, one intern will be selected for a full-time Junior Developer role with us in Oslo!

What You'll Do

• Contribute to real development projects alongside our IT team

• Explore our tech stack: Clojure, Rust, Python, and Linux

• Gain exposure to writing, testing, and deploying code

• Collaborate with other interns and senior developers

What You'll Bring
