Job summary

Arbeidsplassen in Trondheim is seeking skilled ventilation installers for long-term projects with local and national partners. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot ventilation systems in both new and existing buildings, working independently and with a strong focus on quality.

We are seeking skilled and committed ventilation installers for long-term projects with recognized local and national companies. The work involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ventilation systems in both new and existing buildings. The role is suited to a person who works independently, in a structured and efficient manner, and who values quality in every stage of the work. A valid Class B driving license is an advantage. Experience from construction projects in Scandinavia is also an advantage. The position requires the ability to communicate in English or Norwegian. Candidates should have a trade certificate as a ventilation and sheet metal worker, or approximately five years of experience as a ventilation installer. The assignment includes practical installation work, cooperation with other trades, and responsibility for maintaining professional standards on site.

What You Will Do?

• Approximately five years of experience as a ventilation installer is also acceptable.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in an organized manner is required.
• Strong focus on quality and solution-oriented work practices is necessary.
• Ability to communicate in English or Norwegian is required for the role.
• Valid Class B driving license is an advantage for work-related travel.
