Job summary

Ardoq is seeking an Information Security Lead to own the security voice for Sales and customers and to build our trust center. You will translate security controls into buyer-friendly materials and work with the CISO and Engineering to ensure accuracy. This role contributes to the ISMS and supports secure development practices.

You will help shorten deal cycles by delivering timely, clear security responses and by coaching commercial teams on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in information security governance and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Experience in live customer security conversations.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts for stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own customer trust as primary security contact through deal cycle.
• Review security terms in contracts with Legal and Engineering.
• Maintain customer trust center and approved answers.
• Contribute to ISMS and GRC activities.
• Improve workflows and AI-assisted drafting.
