ForceShield, Inc. in Os is seeking an Information Security Analyst for a part-time role. You will help protect our information systems and data, conducting vulnerability assessments and monitoring security events to detect threats.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field, 2+ years in information security, strong knowledge of networks, OS, firewalls, and IDS/IPS, and experience with Nessus or Metasploit. AWS/Azure experience and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

Information Security Analyst

Our company is seeking an experienced and diligent Information Security Analyst to join our team in the bustling city of Os. As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. This is a part-time position, suitable for both men and women.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in our systems
• Develop and implement security protocols to protect our company's networks, systems, and data from cyber attacks
• Monitor network traffic and security logs to detect any suspicious activity or potential security breaches
• Investigate security incidents and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our information security measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to information security

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Information Security Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
• Familiarity with common cyber attack techniques such as phishing, malware, ransomware etc.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Metasploit
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH would be an advantage
• Experience working with cloud-based environments (e.g. AWS or Azure)

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Os (visa sponsorship available)
