About The Role

Maintenance of large-scale liquid cooling systems and chilled water loops supporting high-density AI and HPC infrastructure. The plumbing will also include maintenance and service on other smaller piping systems, such as water supply, sewage, sprinkler, and heating. You will work in a 24/7 mission-critical environment, where system stability and fast incident response are essential to prevent downtime.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Maintain and troubleshoot large-scale cooling systems (chilled water, liquid cooling loops)
• Ensure reliable cooling performance to prevent system downtime through preventive maintenance
• Perform installation, welding, and repair of industrial piping systems (steel/PE)
• Resolve issues such as leaks, pressure drops, and flow imbalance
• Support incident response in a 24/7 operational environment
• Work closely with HVAC, BMS, and facilities teams
• Handle BMS systems for investigation and clearing of alarms
• Ensure that cooling systems are critical to data center uptime, directly supporting the stability and efficiency of next-generation AI infrastructure

How You Will Stand Out

• Valid Norwegian Trade Certificate (Fagbrev som industi rørlegger)
• Experience with large-scale industrial cooling
• Ability to read technical drawings, including schematics
• Experience working in industrial or 24/7 operational environments
• Experience in data centers, energy, or industrial facilities
• Familiarity with heat-exchange systems or water hygiene standards
