We are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians (Industrielektrikere) to join our clients across the Jæren region — primarily in Nærbø, Bryne, and the Stavanger area.
These are full-time, long-term positions, offering stable employment in modern and well-established Norwegian factories within the food and industrial sector.
As part of a professional maintenance and technical team, your responsibilities will include:
Electrical installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance in production facilities
Support and troubleshooting of control systems (motors, sensors, panels, PLCs)
Ensuring production safety, efficiency, and compliance with hygiene standards
Collaboration with mechanics, automation engineers, and production staff
Flexibility to assist with occasional Saturday work when required
Valid Norwegian DSB electrical certification (mandatory to work as an electrician in Norway)
Proven experience in industrial or food production environments
Solid understanding of safety and hygiene standards in factory settings
Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work
Positive, reliable, and adaptable attitude toward varied technical tasks
Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is an advantage)
EU/EEA citizenship or valid right to work in Norway
