Job description

We are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians (Industrielektrikere) to join our clients across the Jæren region — primarily in Nærbø, Bryne, and the Stavanger area.

These are full-time, long-term positions, offering stable employment in modern and well-established Norwegian factories within the food and industrial sector.

As part of a professional maintenance and technical team, your responsibilities will include:

• Electrical installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance in production facilities

• Support and troubleshooting of control systems (motors, sensors, panels, PLCs)

• Ensuring production safety, efficiency, and compliance with hygiene standards

• Collaboration with mechanics, automation engineers, and production staff

• Flexibility to assist with occasional Saturday work when required

✅ Qualifications

• Valid Norwegian DSB electrical certification (mandatory to work as an electrician in Norway)

• Proven experience in industrial or food production environments

• Solid understanding of safety and hygiene standards in factory settings

• Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work

• Positive, reliable, and adaptable attitude toward varied technical tasks

• Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is an advantage)

• EU/EEA citizenship or valid right to work in Norway
