Job summary

Q-Storage is seeking an Industrial Architect to design and supervise construction of industrial facilities. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver functional spaces that meet requirements.

The role emphasizes CAD-based planning, cost control, and staying current with industry codes and regulations. Prior experience on industrial projects is preferred, and visa sponsorship and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect.
Proficient in CAD software.
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
Experience working on industrial projects preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather information.
Develop detailed plans, designs, and specifications using CAD software.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs.
Liaise with contractors to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
Conduct cost analysis to ensure projects stay within budget constraints.
Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture.
