Job summary

MapleGroves is seeking a part-time Industrial Architect to design and oversee the construction of industrial buildings. You will work with clients to translate needs into compliant plans, and will create blueprints and 3D models while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.

You will ensure adherence to building codes and safety standards, monitor progress, and manage budgets and schedules for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3+ years experience as Industrial Architect.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or similar software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.

Responsibilities
