Job summary

RetailHub Sourcing is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our Os, Norway team. You will design and oversee construction of industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and delivering safe, efficient spaces.

You will lead design concepts, develop detailed CAD blueprints in AutoCAD, select materials, coordinate with contractors and engineers, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial architecture.
Proficiency in CAD software.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals.
Create initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
Develop detailed blueprints and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Select appropriate materials and finishes for construction projects.
Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion.
