Job summary

Energy As in Stavanger is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to safeguard the technical integrity, reliability, and performance of HVAC systems for an offshore operator.

You will lead maintenance programs, perform risk and lifetime analyses, and support operations, with occasional offshore travel from Stavanger. The role requires extensive offshore HVAC expertise and strong analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Valid work permit and offshore NORSOK experience mandatory.
• Proven HVAC experience from offshore, energy, process, or industrial environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Senior HVAC Engineer | Stavanger

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to support the technical integrity, reliability, and performance of HVAC systems for a leading energy operator.

Location: Stavanger (occasional offshore travel)
Duration: November 2026 - December 2027
Workload: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Own and follow up the technical integrity and performance of HVAC systems.
• Develop and optimize maintenance and inspection programs.
• Perform technical assessments, risk evaluations, and lifetime analyses.
• Support operations, maintenance, and modification activities.
• Drive improvements related to reliability, safety, and energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and barrier management requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Higher technical education.
• Proven HVAC experience from offshore, energy, process, or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of technical integrity, maintenance strategies, risk management, and asset reliability.
• Experience with operations, maintenance, modifications, or technical support.
• SAP and maintenance system experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
