The Opportunity

As a core member of our HR team, you will be the driving force behind translating business goals into HR priorities. You’ll provide strategic HR guidance, coach business leaders, and act as a change agent to deliver real business results. Your work will ensure our organization has the capabilities to achieve both current and future goals—and you’ll have a blast doing it!

You will be responsible for two of our five business units (Service and Grid Automation) and report to the Europe HRBP in Service.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Act as a consultant, sparring partner, coach, and facilitator to business leaders, serving as a change agent within the organization and supporting managers and employees through transformation processes.
  • Deliver high impact HR Solutions by understanding business needs, providing expert advice and leveraging data analytics to enable informed decision making.
  • Lead the implementation of critical HR processes locally such as workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and organizational development to support organizational growth and agility.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with Norwegian Labor law (AML) and internal policies and lead and support negotiations on collective agreements, in accordance with Norwegian labour law.
  • Design and implement rotation plans for project- or location-based roles, taking into account AML's requirements for working hours, rest periods and HSE.
  • Support business leaders in creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist managers in implementing and following up on performance and talent management activities.
Your background
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • Extensive progressive experience in HR generalist/leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to align HR initiatives with long‑term organizational goals.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, driving collaboration across diverse teams and functions.
  • Strong experience in union negotiations, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), workforce rotation planning.
  • Proficiency in spoken & written Norwegian and English language is required.
