Job summary

Arctic Guide Service As Avd Tromsø is seeking hospitality staff for cruise ship turnarounds in Tromsø. You will greet guests, help with directions and transportation, and support embarkation/disembarkation during Turn Around operations at airports, hotels, and piers.

No prior experience is required; full training will be provided, and availability for January–March 2027 is required. The role offers seasonal, part-time hours and an international, friendly team environment.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly and service oriented staff to welcome cruise guests in Tromsø. During Turn Around operations our staff supports the logistics around embarking and disembarking guests on cruiseships. Possbile working locations are the airport, hotels and the pier.

Our staff welcome the guests and help them find their way, support with questions, finding transportation, providing information about Tromsø.

Qualification requirements:

• Available to work in Tromsø during January-March 2027
• Additional language skills, particularly French or German, are an advantage but not required
• No previous experience is required - full training will be provided
• A valid work permit for Norway or EU/EEA citizenship.
