Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints or project plans.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Review project plans to determine the equipment needed.
• Operate equipment to excavate, grade, or move earth or materials.
• Meet project deadlines and complete tasks on time.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors; keep records of daily operations.
