Prestige Talent is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to operate bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders on US construction sites. You will perform site digging, grading, and material movement with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of equipment operation experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work full-time with possible weekend shifts. Competitive monthly salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience (training available for exceptional candidates).
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job description

Heavy Equipment Operator

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders, in a safe and efficient manner. You will work on construction sites in the US, performing tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and moving materials.

Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment according to job site requirements and safety regulations
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Inspect equipment before each use to identify any potential issues
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
  • Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid biometric passport (US nationality preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment (training may be provided for exceptional candidates)
  • Ability to work full time with flexible hours as needed (including weekends)
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot common issues with equipment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
