Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) is seeking a Scheduling Manager to oversee and optimize clinician scheduling across multiple sites, ensuring timely coverage and patient access. The role develops provider schedules, manages scheduling systems, and leads improvement initiatives.

You will supervise Scheduling Staff, Group Coordinators, and Hospital Coordinators, drive efficiency, analytics, and reporting, and partner with IT and operations to enhance schedules and incentives while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, operations, or access management.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex provider schedules across multiple specialties, departments, or locations.
• Experience with QGenda, EHR scheduling systems, or workforce management platforms preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinician schedules across clinics, acute care, telehealth, on-call rotations, and residency programs.
• Review and approve schedule changes, coverage requests, and provider assignments.
• Coordinate scheduling adjustments related to onboarding, leaves, and staffing changes.
• Oversee scheduling systems, templates, and data integrity; partner with IT for system enhancements.
• Prepare and administer clinician incentive compensation reporting.
• Analyze provider productivity, scheduling, and compensation data; create dashboards and recommendations.
