Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a Health/Wellness Lead to ensure labor and sales align with profitability goals while maintaining stock and display standards. You will advise customers on products such as vitamins and natural items and oversee inventory and merchandising with safety in mind.

You will work with upper management to review data, drive health/wellness sales, and promote a positive shopping experience. Growth opportunities and company benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to drive.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT certification where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Review historical data with management to forecast sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory and ensure in-stock levels per company standards.
• Advise customers on products including vitamins and natural items.
• Install security tags to merchandise to prevent theft.
• Check truck inventory and handle paperwork.
• Drive health/wellness sales and meet profitability objectives.
• Promote product sales with suggestive selling.
• Organize pallets and stock locations per efficiency standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Provide friendly customer service.
