EUTALENTS is hiring for a hairdresser role within a renowned Nordics hairdressing chain. You will perform dry cuts for clients, provide excellent service, and promote hair care products while joining a diverse team in an international setting.

Relocation support is offered; the company covers your flight and assists with procedures on arrival. The role offers a 37-hour week with overtime paid and opportunities for promotion and training within the company.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience or a hairdressing qualification.
• Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).
• Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
• European passport.

Benefits

• Competitive salary structure: We offer a salary structure that recognizes and values the experience of our hairdressers. Starting salary is €2,300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience. Additional bonuses will be added based on performance, overtime, and product sales. For candidates with more experience, salary increases accordingly.
• Schedule & flexibility: Enjoy a 37-hour work week with the flexibility of having two Saturdays off per month. All overtime hours are paid.
