Job summary

Adecco Karrieresenter is assisting Cutters Oslo in finding skilled hairdressers for a fast-paced salon. You will cut men’s and women’s hair, sell hair care products, and deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic team.

The role requires strong haircutting techniques, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility with shifts and Saturdays. A supportive workplace with training through Cutters Academy and opportunities for international growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year salon experience.
• Experience or training in both men's and women's haircuts.
• Norwegian/Scandinavian or English at B1 level.
• Strong customer service orientation and precise haircutting technique.
• Flexible with shifts and Saturdays.
