Job summary

Falkor is seeking an experienced Power System Delivery Engineer to join our Power & Utilities team in Oslo, Norway. You will lead customer projects from proof-of-concept to deployment, coordinating software, data and power systems experts to deliver measurable value.

You will apply expertise in grid planning and operations, engage with utilities and product teams, and drive successful delivery in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• MSc or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related field.
• Experience in power system planning, operations or grid engineering.
• Experience with utilities, TSOs/DSOs, consultants or energy tech providers.
• Knowledge of power system modelling tools (PowerFactory, PSS/E, PandaPower, PSCAD).
• Experience leading technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Kognitwin Grid projects from initiation to operational rollout.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, stakeholders and governance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across software, data and power systems.
• Ensure delivery of customer commitments and business outcomes.
