Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited offers a twelve-month Internal Audit graduate programme with two six-month rotations across four audit teams. You will gain broad exposure to Macquarie’s businesses, risk profile and control environment while developing practical audit experience.

You will work with stakeholders to understand processes, test controls, and develop commercial insight, applying professional judgement to draw clear conclusions and recommendations. Applications close 30 October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support audits across the lifecycle, from understanding processes to testing controls and drawing conclusions.

• Execute audit testing by analysing evidence and assessing control effectiveness.
• Apply professional judgement to identify risks and form clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Contribute to governance and risk insight through independent assurance across portfolios.
