Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in mechanical, marine, or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• To perform strength and functionality analyses of power generating machinery and drive-train components.
• To conduct energy efficiency analyses and feasibility studies of carbon-free technologies.
• To perform systems analyses of conventional machinery solutions as well as assessments of hybrid machinery, incl. system engineering and simulations techniques.
• Participate in measurements onboard ships.
• Participate in trouble shooting, technical root cause- and operational failure investigations.
• Participate in technical analyses of ship machinery such as feasibility studies, design assistance and verification work.
