What You’ll Do:
  • Own the Strategy: Develop and execute the long‑term strategy for the Google platform to ensure technology meets evolving future needs and supports organizational growth.
  • Drive Optimization: Drive the optimization of key platforms like Gemini, AppSheet, and App Script, ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing user productivity.
  • Govern & Support: Oversee vendor management, provide 3rd‑line support escalation expertise, and serve as the internal advisor on best practices for Google products.
  • Focus on Value: Ensure maximum value from the Google Workspace investment through efficient license management and cost‑optimization strategies.
  • Lead Collaboration: Lead the Google Enterprise Forum to foster collaboration, gather user feedback, and drive the strategic adoption and governance of the Google platform across the enterprise.
  • Ensure Security: Work closely with the IT security team to maintain and continuously improve security initiatives, ensuring that the use of Google Workspace is optimized and secure.
  • Manage Processes: Establish and maintain robust procedures for seamless on‑boarding and off‑boarding of hotel data and access within the Google environment.
  • Identify Opportunities: Identify new opportunities and offer improvements on current services or future needs, such as coordinating App Sheet projects.

  • Strategic Leader: You can strategically lead and govern the organization’s utilisation of the Google Workspace ecosystem.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You maintain excellent communication with all colleagues, conveying information effectively up‑to‑management and down throughout the organization.
What You Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem (including Gemini and App Sheet).
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience in vendor management and license optimisation.
  • Advisory Skills: Comfortable acting as a central expert and internal advisor.
  • Security Mindset: Proactive about security, working closely with IT security teams.
