Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait in Alta, Norway seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in a similar role, and strong PM knowledge. PM certification is preferred; English fluency is required with Norwegian skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PM certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; Norwegian skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
