Engine by Starling is seeking an exceptionally organised Project Manager to join the Chief of Staff’s Office. The role sits at the intersection of Corporate Operations and Group Legal, Tax, Finance, and People, supporting projects from planning through execution.

You will establish robust project management frameworks, SOPs, and vendor governance to support our global market expansion, with a focus on cross-border operations and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in end-to-end project management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating across corporate operations, legal, tax, finance, and people.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to establish PM frameworks, SOPs, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal multi-disciplinary projects across Corporate Operations.
• Build plans, trackers, and governance for international entry and entity readiness.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and governance frameworks.
• Project-manage governance initiatives from Board/Exec meetings.
• Serve as liaison for vendors; define SLAs and track delivery.
• Create project dashboards tracking milestones, budgets, KPIs.
• Prepare status updates and risk logs for leadership.
