Job summary

A global subsea technology firm in Bergen is seeking a Junior Project Management Coordinator to support project activities and collaborate with project managers. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of ERP systems, and proficiency in Norwegian. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Management Coordinator/Project Administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and invoicing workflows.
  • Project Management certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken Norwegian; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project folders within ERP systems.
  • Support PMs with project creation and customer invoicing.
  • Monitor and report Accounts Receivable (AR) status.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for the department.
