Global Operations Manager – Bridge Integrated Solutions Strategy

Kongsberg Maritime is growing – and we want you to be part of our journey as Senior Manager, Bridge Integrated Solutions Strategy

In this role, you will join our dynamic Product & Development Bridge Systems team, defining and driving the strategy for customer-facing, layered offerings across Bridge, Navigation, Autonomy, Connectivity, and Cybersecurity. This position ensures seamless integration of these domains into a unified solution portfolio while communicating clear development roadmaps internally and aligning with other product offerings, including Digital Ocean.

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to shape and aid in the communication of the vision for integrated solutions that combine bridge systems with navigation, autonomy, connectivity, and cyber technologies. This role involves ensuring interoperability, cohesive user experience, and alignment across product teams. You will act as the bridge between development teams and strategic initiatives, translating market needs into integrated concepts and maintaining transparent roadmaps. Some traveling must be expected.

What you will be doing

• Shape the vision for layered offerings combining bridge systems with navigation, autonomy, connectivity, and cyber solutions
• Ensure interoperability and cohesive user experience across all components by collaborating across the bridge system products and the technology platform teams.
• Develop and maintain clear, transparent roadmaps alongside many internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with other product teams to align strategies and timelines
• Translate market needs and customer feedback into integrated solution concepts
• Meet with customers, engage with maritime NGOs, and attend trade shows to ensure roadmap relevance
• Facilitate integration with complementary offerings across the company portfolio

We think you should have

• Higher technical education within the maritime area or equivalent
• Experience in product strategy, integrated solutions development, and cross-domain collaboration
• Strong understanding of bridge systems, navigation, autonomy, and connectivity technologies
• Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and oral
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills and ability to work in a structured, independent, and proactive manner
