Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, BIM Management, or comparable qualification required.
• Relevant work experience in document management and BIM in design projects is necessary.
• Very good written and spoken English skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop BIM standards and technical documentation methods.
• Maintain methods and tools for regional and local relevance.
• Integrate new technologies like VR, AR, and AI in projects.
• Provide training and create documentation for effective implementation.
• Support project organization with expertise in BIM and documentation.
• Develop methodology for visualizing concept design of major projects.
• Review BIM Project Execution Plans and technical deliverables.
