Job summary

Kompetansekart is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to strengthen our international marketing activities and support growth across Europe and the US. You will drive digital campaigns, manage HubSpot CRM, and create content for LinkedIn and newsletters from our Kristiansand base.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within technology, IT services, or software.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong skills in content creation, social media marketing, and lead generation.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and engagingly.
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• A proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to take ownership from planning through execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with colleagues and customers across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot, including contact segmentation, marketing automation, email campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting.
• Create and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, our website, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
• Develop marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, customer success stories and campaign assets.
• Plan and promote webinars, conferences, and events in collaboration with our consultants and partners.
• Manage LinkedIn and other digital marketing activities to increase awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate closely with our sales team to support lead generation, opportunity development, and customer engagement.
• Track marketing performance and continuously improve campaigns based on measurable results.
