Job summary

Dovre Solutions is seeking a Geohazard analyst for Stavanger to perform site survey data interpretation and reporting in line with IOGP guidelines. You will coordinate with the client’s site survey team in Oslo or Stavanger and contribute to project deliverables.

Experience with Kingdom software is essential, and independence in analysis is required for project duration. This role is based in Norway with on-sitework in Stavanger.

Qualifications

• Proficiency interpreting site survey data; 3–5 years experience.
• Experience using Kingdom interpretation software.
• Experience reporting interpretation results per IOGP guidelines (Chapter 6.2).
• Able to work with client site survey team in Oslo or Stavanger.

Function

• Client follows the IOGP guidelines for the conduct of drilling hazard site surveys, and this work refers to what is mentioned in chapter 6. of these guidelines.

Requirements

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in interpretation of site survey data (min 3-5 years experience)
• Ability to work independently with Kingdom interpretation software
• Have experience with reporting of interpretation results as referred in chapter 6.2 of the IOGP guidelines
• Must be able to work for the duration of the project together with the client`s site survey team in either the Oslo or Stavanger office.
