Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Oslo, Norway invites a Senior AI Product Engineer to own the AI and agent layer of our platform, taking products from concept through production. You will design and build intelligent agents, AI-powered workflows, and developer tooling to unlock new ways for customers to interact with large-scale property and market data.

You will ship features end-to-end, make technical decisions, and see the impact of your work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents, tools, and MCP servers across datasets and services.

Build the Future of AI-Powered Property Intelligence

The Role

• As our Senior AI Product Engineer, you will own the AI and agent layer of our platform, taking products from concept through to production.
• You'll design and build intelligent agents, AI-powered workflows, and developer tooling that unlock new ways for customers to interact with large-scale property and market data.
• This role offers a short path from idea to launch, giving you the opportunity to make technical decisions, ship impactful features, and see the results of your work first hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents, tools, and MCP servers across proprietary datasets and services
• Develop full-stack applications using TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, and MongoDB
• Integrate internal and external data sources and third-party services
• Own AI evaluation frameworks, monitoring, testing, and quality assurance processes
• Deliver features end-to-end, including specification, design, development, deployment, and ongoing optimisation
• Help shape the future AI strategy of the platform

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Product Engineer
• Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered applications
• Hands-on experience with LLM technologies, including:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI agents and orchestration
• Evaluation frameworks and performance measurement
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
• Product-minded approach with a focus on delivering customer value
• Ability to work across different areas of the technology stack

We're more interested in what you've built and delivered than the number of years on your CV.

• Nice to Have
• Experience within property technology, real estate, or related data-driven industries
• Knowledge of geospatial or mapping technologies such as Mapbox or WMS
• Production experience with MongoDB
• Experience working with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
