Job summary

Prestige Greeters in Bergen, Norway is seeking an experienced Gardener to maintain client gardens, ensuring they are healthy and visually appealing. This contract role requires hands-on care and the ability to work outdoors.

Salary is 1,100 USD per month with no accommodation. Responsibilities include planting, pruning, weeding and watering, pest monitoring, designing layouts, operating tools, and guiding junior gardeners. Biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Gardener with a strong understanding of plant care techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform general gardening duties such as planting pruning weeding and watering.
• Maintain the overall health of plants by monitoring for pests and diseases.
• Design and implement new garden layouts according to client preferences.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Regularly clean and maintain garden beds lawns and other outdoor areas.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced gardeners on the team.
• Keep track of inventory levels for gardening supplies and report any shortages or needs.
• Comply with all safety regulations while working on-site.
